Terms of Service

Conditions for using culinyaryadventukres.com and requesting property management services in Ukraine.

1. Provider

culinyaryadventukres.com, LLC, 12 Sahaidachnoho Street, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine; EDRPOU 59740680; contact@culinyaryadventukres.com; +380 678 454 4615, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

2. Services

We provide rental administration and property management. Terms arise only from a confirmed written proposal. Advertising is truthful and identifiable per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

3. Landlord duties

The landlord confirms lawful authority, supplies accurate documents, keeps the property habitable and reports changes. Unfair terms are not applied, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

4. Liability

We answer for direct damage from our proven fault, not for inaccurate landlord data or events beyond our control. Rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 remain unaffected.

5. Complaints

Email contact@culinyaryadventukres.com; we reply within 30 days. Information is available in Ukrainian or an agreed language, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

6. Personal data

We act as controller for enquiries and contracts and honour access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and consent-withdrawal rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 June 2024.

7. Law

Ukrainian law governs; disputes go to Ukrainian courts. Ukrainian is the legal language; this English text is a convenience translation.
