Three statements govern every review request we receive. They are short, and they apply before any work starts.
01 Company status
culinyaryadventukres.com is a property management company registered in Ukraine as an LLC, EDRPOU 59740680. We are not a real estate agency and we do not act as an agent in property sales or acquisitions. We do not list, sell, or acquire property on your behalf.
02 No income guarantee
A pricing review is an assessment, not a promise. We do not guarantee occupancy, nightly rates, gross revenue, or net payout. A monthly owner report describes a completed period only and is never a forecast of future results.
03 Written agreement
No mandate begins without a signed written agreement that sets the scope, the approval threshold for routine repairs, the report schedule, and the fee. Until both parties sign that document, nothing in a review request is binding.
